Nano on my nerves

Hit a wall this morning but somehow managed to finish my words (about 20,000 now) with the whole WIP crumbling around me. And after yesterday went so well! At work and everything.

I’m at 100 pages and I don’t see how I’m going to do 100 more. I can see maybe 40 more. So I’m just going to write those. I am supposed to still be in the middle, but I’m going to write the end. Because I can’t think of anything else to do.

Well, okay that’s not totally 100% true, but I am resisting the other thing which is a subplot. Who needs a subplot in a 200 page ms?? It may come to that, however.

  1. Ah! Now I get the whole “now I know what to write tomorrow” thing… lmao!

    You might think you only have another 40 pages but I bet once you get going you’ll get there – and subplots are gooood! *grin*
